What is the innovation summit?
It's a meeting between business leaders, experts and government representatives to discuss global trends in innovation.
For about 20 years, the International Industry Innovation Summit has been attended by major national and international experts and thinkers, who present the latest in innovation.
With each edition, the summit brings together enterpreneurs, government and university representatives and invests in the exchange of experiences, the search of solutions, and initiatives that stimulate innovation in the industry and the effectiveness of support policies for R&D in Brazil.
The largest summit about LATAM industrial innovation and one of the largest of the world, the summit is organized by the National Confederation of Industry e by Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Companies (SEBRAE), and co-organized by the Social Service of Industry (SESI), National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI) and Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL).

The International Industry Innovation Summit is part of the actions of the Enterpreneurial Mobilization for Innovation (MEI), an initiative that gather together about 500 brazilian companies and leaders to discuss and propose actions about science, technology and innovation.
For about 15 years, strengthening Brazil's innovation ecosystem has been one of the main goals of MEI. Conceived by the National Industry Confederation (CNI), the Business Mobilization for Innovation (MEI) stimulates the innovative strategy of brazilian companies and increases the effectivenes of innovation support policies through constructive and on going dialogues between private sector, public sector and universities.
